Getting started
- How do I generate an AI workout plan?
- Tap New Plan on the home screen. Describe your goals (e.g. "build strength, 3 days per week") and select the equipment you have available. Tap Generate Plan — your 7-day plan is ready in seconds. Generating plans requires an active subscription.
- What's included in the subscription?
- The app is free to download. A monthly subscription unlocks AI plan generation. Everything else — session tracking, Apple Watch sync, history — is free with no limits.
- How do I start a workout session?
- Open the app, tap your active plan, then tap the day you want to train. Tap Start Session to begin. You can log sets and reps on iPhone or directly on Apple Watch.
Apple Watch
- Does Sessionz.ai work with Apple Watch?
- Yes. Install the Sessionz watch app from the Watch app on your iPhone. During a session on iPhone, the current exercise, rep targets, and a rest timer appear automatically on your Watch.
- My plan isn't showing on my Watch.
- Open Sessionz on iPhone first — this syncs your active plan to the Watch. Then open the Watch app. If the issue persists, force-quit both apps and reopen Sessionz on iPhone.
Plans and progression
- Can I generate a follow-up plan based on what I just completed?
- Yes. After finishing a plan, tap Generate Next Week. The AI reviews your completed sessions and generates a progressive plan that increases difficulty appropriately.
- Can I edit a generated plan?
- Plans are read-only after generation — they represent what the AI built for you. If a plan doesn't suit you, generate a new one with different goals or equipment.
- How do I delete a plan?
- Go to Plan History and swipe left on the plan you want to remove, then tap Delete. Deleting the active plan will prompt for confirmation, as all logged sessions for that plan will also be deleted.
Subscription and billing
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Go to Settings → [your Apple ID] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Find Sessionz.ai and tap Cancel Subscription.
- Can I get a refund?
- Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request one.
